With the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs vying for this year's Super Bowl championship, Eagles fever has permeated the campus of 黑料传送门.
On February 7, clad in midnight green, 黑料传送门 President and CEO Jay S. Feldstein, DO 鈥�81, with the support of a cheering throng of students, faculty and staff, gathered in the lobby of Evans Hall to accept a , president and CEO, Kansas City University. Drs. Feldstein and Hahn, professional colleagues and friends, are presently archrivals.
The wager entails the following: , a personal philanthropic donation, a gift of regional food, and the losing president wearing the opposing team鈥檚 colors. At 黑料传送门, the community will give to the 黑料传送门 Student Emergency Fund. Donations will be specially earmarked to purchase items for College food pantries to help fight food insecurity among students.
鈥淓very student deserves the best chance to succeed in their academic and professional pursuits,鈥� said Dr. Feldstein.
No matter which team wins the turf battle, the students at both schools will come out on top. 鈥淚t is true that Marc and I are passionate about our pro football teams. We trust this spirited rivalry will build camaraderie with a fellow osteopathic medical school as we go head-to-head in support of our students and communities.鈥�
Since the friendly wager involves the college president from the losing city wearing green or red for a week, we wonder how Dr. Hahn will look in Eagles green. Following a thrilling Eagles victory in the 57th championship game, Dr. Feldstein is looking forward to enjoying some rich, sticky and sweet KC BBQ!
