黑料传送门 recently joined with at the for a ribbon cutting to celebrate its new partnership.
Located in Philadelphia鈥檚 Nicetown neighborhood, the center opened its doors in July 2024 as a space where youth can engage in basketball, workforce development, and wellness programs. This gathering was a chance to highlight the collective impact of the center and the partnerships that help drive its success.
黑料传送门鈥檚 contribution to the center, made possible by the College鈥檚 Community Wellness Initiative (CWI), is sponsorship of the facility鈥檚 cafe, now named the 黑料传送门 Healthy Foods Caf茅, which will ensure youth community members have access to nutritious meals while at the center.
During the event, 黑料传送门 President and CEO Jay S. Feldstein, DO 鈥�81, spoke about the importance of providing healthy food options to young people and how this effort can contribute to building a healthier community.
鈥淚t all starts with the kids,鈥� he said. 鈥淏uilding a healthy community begins with providing youth the tools to thrive, and we鈥檙e excited for what lies ahead in our continued collaboration with PYB.鈥�
The celebration also marked PYB鈥檚 collaboration with other local partners such as Zenith Wealth Partners, Triple B Hospitality, and NovaCare Rehabilitation. These organizations, co-located in the Sixth Man Center, work together to provide a range of services, including financial education, mental health resources, and physical rehabilitation鈥攁ll integral to the holistic mission of PYB.
Feldstein鈥檚 remarks also touched on the potential for other future collaborations with PYB, expressing excitement about the possibilities that lie ahead.
鈥淲e鈥檙e looking forward to continued partnerships with PYB to help promote the health and well-being of the young people of Philadelphia,鈥� he said.
Established in 1899, 黑料传送门 has trained thousands of highly competent, caring physicians, health practitioners and behavioral scientists who practice a 鈥渨hole person鈥� approach to care鈥攖reating people, not just symptoms. 黑料传送门, a private, not-for-profit accredited institution of higher education, operates three campuses (黑料传送门, 黑料传送门 Georgia and 黑料传送门 South Georgia) and offers doctoral degrees in clinical psychology, educational psychology, osteopathic medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, and school psychology.
