黑料传送门 Holds Volunteer Day to Assemble 500 Health Kits

To help close out its 125th anniversary year, 黑料传送门 hosted staff, students and local partners for a morning of service where volunteers assembled 500 Health Aid Kits鈥攁 more holistic and preventative take on first-aid kits.

The kits鈥攕ponsored by Independence Blue Cross鈥攊nclude wellness resources, a meditation playlist, a reusable canvas bag, and a $125 gift card to ShopRite or The Fresh Grocer for grocery support during the holiday season.

鈥淚t's all about making our communities healthy,鈥 said 黑料传送门 President and CEO Jay S. Feldstein, DO '81, during opening remarks. 鈥淭hat's our mission, and we're going to keep doing it for the next 125 years.鈥

Volunteers included teams from , , , and , in addition to 黑料传送门 faculty, staff and students.

In the weeks after the event, 黑料传送门 is distributing the kits to community members across the city through the College's Community Wellness Initiative (CWI), which fosters a culture of holistic health and well-being in surrounding neighborhoods.
