    What to Know Before Commencement 
    黑料传送门 Class of 2024

    Graduation season is around the corner for 黑料传送门's Class of 2024. Three Commencement ceremonies will take place at 黑料传送门 South Georgia on May 16, at 黑料传送门 Georgia on May 21, and at 黑料传送门 on May 24. See below for details for each location.

    All ceremonies will be streamed on , and American Sign Language interpreters will be available on-site and on the live YouTube stream.

    When and where is my Commencement Ceremony?

      黑料传送门 South Georgia's Commencement ceremony will be held from 1-4 p.m.  Thursday, May 16 at the University of Georgia Tifton Campus Conference Center. The ceremony will graduate its second class of students with the doctor of osteopathic medicine degree, and its third class of students with the master of science in biomedical sciences.
    • 黑料传送门 Georgia's ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at the Gas South Convention Center in Duluth. The ceremony will include all doctoral and graduate programs in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Pharmacy and the School of Health Sciences.
    • The 黑料传送门 Class of 2024 ceremony will be held from 1-4:30 p.m. Friday, May 24 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The ceremony will recognize graduates of all doctoral and graduate programs in the College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Professional and Applied Psychology and the School of Health Sciences.

    What should I bring with me?

    • At all ceremonies, each guest must have an individual ticket to enter, and students are responsible for distributing allotted tickets to guests.
    • Graduates do not need a ticket, but will need to pick up their Grad Pass at the check-in table upon arrival at their ceremony.
    • Graduates should bring their gown, hood, tam/mortar board and tassel with them.
    • Doors at the 黑料传送门 and 黑料传送门 Georgia ceremonies will open to all guests at 11 a.m.
    • Doors at the 黑料传送门 South Georgia ceremony will open to anyone needing special assistance at 11:45 a.m. and at 12 p.m. for all other guests.
    • As each venue has a clear bag policy, please prepare accordingly by limiting the number of personal items brought into the venue in order to expedite the screening process.

    Who is the speaker at my ceremony?

    • Retired Villanova men's basketball head coach, two-time NCAA National Champion and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Jay Wright will deliver the 2024 Commencement address to graduates on Friday, May 24, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
    • Nick Masino, President & CEO of the Gwinnett Chamber and Partnership Gwinnett, will deliver remarks to the graduates and guests of 黑料传送门 Georgia's Commencement ceremony on Tuesday, May 21.
    • This year's 黑料传送门 South Georgia Commencement speaker is H. William Craver III, DO '87, FACOS, who served 黑料传送门 for three decades, including administrative positions at each of the College's three campuses. He was instrumental in establishing the Moultrie campus, and when he retired in April 2023, Dr. Craver was 黑料传送门 South Georgia's dean and chief academic officer.

    What can I expect after Commencement?

      Diplomas will be mailed out after Commencement or after the date your degree is officially conferred.
