黑料传送门 Campuses Match National 99% Postgrad Placement Rate for DOs

黑料传送门鈥檚 three locations mirrored the national residency placement rate for osteopathic medical students in 2025, with 99% of students obtaining postgraduate opportunities, including residency programs and research fellowships.

黑料传送门, 黑料传送门 Georgia and 黑料传送门 South Georgia all obtained 99% placement rates for Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine students, and each location continued to demonstrate 黑料传送门鈥檚 longstanding commitment to primary care. Nearly half of 黑料传送门 students placed into primary care specialties (family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics), while 55% of 黑料传送门 Georgia graduates and 61% of 黑料传送门 South Georgia graduates did.

Nationally, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) reported that a accepted residency positions for 2025, representing a 99% placement rate.

For 黑料传送门, residency placements range from orthopedic surgery and urology at the Mayo Clinic to neurology and radiation oncology at University of Maryland Medical Center.

黑料传送门 Georgia graduates are heading to institutions such as Emory for diagnostic radiology and Johns Hopkins for physical medicine and rehabilitation. Six graduates are joining Wellstar Health System for emergency medicine.

At 黑料传送门 South Georgia, placements include Colquitt Regional Medical Center for psychiatry, Northeast Georgia Health System for internal medicine (where two students will train), and University Medical Center of the University of Alabama for pediatrics.

Kathryn Doherty, DO 鈥25, is excited to return to her hometown for residency, training in urology at Albany Medical College in New York.

鈥淯rologic diagnoses are often shrouded in stigma, and I find it gratifying to help patients navigate all aspects of their conditions鈥攑hysically and mentally,鈥 she said.

Randall Morris Sheffield, DO 鈥25, is also from Albany, but it鈥檚 the city in Georgia. The 黑料传送门 South Georgia graduate will train in family medicine at Lakeland Regional Hospital in Lakeland, Florida.

鈥淲hen I opened that envelope, I felt very humbled, grateful, and of course, excited,鈥 he said of the letter he opened to reveal his placement during national Match Day.

黑料传送门 graduates in the School of Professional and Applied Psychology, the Doctor of Pharmacy program and the Doctor of Physical Therapy program also obtain a variety of internship or residency placements.
