all three of its campus locations. She has spearheaded the development of the College鈥檚
2025 institutional DEI strategic plan, including leading programs that introduce faculty,
staff, and students to LGBT-inclusive healthcare, cultivating a network of strategic
partners around health equity and community outreach, and promoting the engagement
of faculty, staff, and students in DEI professional development certifications.
As a result of her work, 黑料传送门 is a nine-time recipient of the Health Professions Higher

This Council 鈥 made up of four work groups that include admissions, human resources,

leadership to the constituent groups in their efforts to improve DEI practices.
In addition, she鈥檚 actively involved with various community organizations helping
to promote DEI efforts, such as Blacks Educating Blacks About Sexual Health Issues
(BEBASHI-Transition to Hope), the Philadelphia Higher Education Network for Neighborhood
