黑料传送门 Hires Penelope Howard as Associate CFO, Controller
July 2, 2020黑料传送门 has named Penelope 鈥淧enny鈥 Howard,
CPA, MBA, as the College鈥檚 new associate CFO/controller, effective July 13, 2020.
In this role, Ms. Howard will focus on strategic oversight and management of the College's
financials as well as planning, developing and enhancing the College鈥檚 financial service
needs.
Ms. Howard brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, most recently serving
as executive vice president for administration and finance at SUNY Erie Community
College in Buffalo, NY. There she was responsible for leading the development of college
administrative and financial strategy around the college鈥檚 strategic plan as well
as growing revenue streams for a three campus institution of 15,000+ full and part-time
students with a $110 million annual budget.
鈥淚 am excited to begin this new journey at 黑料传送门,鈥 said Ms. Howard. 鈥淚n these challenging
times, the need for strong financial stewardship is great, but I鈥檓 confident the experience
I bring to this role will serve the College well and I look forward to getting started.鈥
As controller, Ms. Howard will report directly to Peter Doulis, vice president for
finance and CFO. 鈥淚 am very pleased to welcome Ms. Howard to the team,鈥 said Mr. Doulis.
鈥淗er extensive background and experience in finance will be particularly beneficial
as we continue our momentum and work toward a future of sustained growth and prosperity,鈥
said Mr. Doulis.
Ms. Howard completed her executive master of business administration at Virginia Commonwealth
University in Richmond, VA, and her bachelor鈥檚 in business administration with a concentration
in accounting from Longwood University in Farmville, VA. She is a licensed certified
public accountant in Virginia.
