Disability Accommodations

The first point of contact for the disability accommodations process at 黑料传送门 is the Equal Opportunity and Access Team. The Equal Opportunity and Access Team includes the Equal Opportunity and Access Manager (Title IX Coordinator) and the Equal Opportunity and Access Coordinator. The Equal Opportunity and Access Team, in collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, works to administer disability accommodations at 黑料传送门.

All requests for information should be emailed to the Equal Opportunity and Access Team at disabilityservices@pcom.edu. The Team will provide the student with the Guide to Disability Services at 黑料传送门, as well as instructions for the disability accommodation process. Once all required documentation is submitted, the review process will begin.

The Equal Opportunity and Access Team will notify the student of the outcome of the accommodation request, and a plan for implementing any approved accommodations will be set in motion. Accommodations requested and approved after the academic year begins are not retroactive.

If you have not been tested for a learning disability, but you suspect you might have a learning difficulty, the Equal Opportunity and Access Team may be able to provide you with information on licensed agencies qualified to perform the diagnostic evaluation. The cost is paid for by the student. 黑料传送门 does not provide diagnostic testing.

How Do I Apply for Disability Accommodations?

You will need to complete a request for disability accommodations found on or through the link included in the Guide to Disability Services at 黑料传送门. Along with the request for disability accommodations, you will need to provide clinician documentation as outlined in the Guide.
