黑料传送门 Community Showcases Talent for Make-A-Wish

The College held its 13th annual campus-wide talent show to benefit Make-A-Wish庐 Philadelphia,
Delaware and Susquehanna Valley.
On Wednesday, January 8, the Robert Berger Pediatrics Society at 黑料传送门 held its 13th annual campus-wide talent show to benefit Make-A-Wish庐 Philadelphia,
Delaware and Susquehanna Valley. Since 2007, the event has raised over $60,000 to
make the wishes of children with critical illnesses come true.
鈥淪miles are found on the faces of both performers and attendees,鈥 said Megan Hartwell
(DO 鈥22) president of the Robert Berger Pediatrics Society. 鈥淭his event really showcases
the spirit of community here at 黑料传送门 and we are proud to raise money for such an amazing
cause. This is truly an event that everyone on campus looks forward to each year.鈥
This year鈥檚 list of acts included a comedy performance titled 鈥満诹洗兔舉dy鈥 given by Jacob
Ratowski (DO 鈥23) and musical acts ranging from a classical performance of Bach鈥檚
鈥淐ello Suite 1 in G Minor鈥 by Eric Cyphers (DO 鈥23) to a duet with Lauren Noto-Bell, DO 鈥06, assistant professor, OMM and Evan Nichols, DO 鈥81, associate professor, OMM.
Part talent show, part auction, students and faculty showcased their unique talents
and attendees 鈥渂id鈥 on each talent, to raise money for Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware
and Susquehanna Valley. Money was also raised through ticket sales and raffles. In
total, this year鈥檚 event raised $4,920 to benefit Make-A-Wish.
