The 黑料传送门 Primary Care Innovation Fund is designed to bring strategic value to selected companies while generating non-tuition based revenue for the College.
Earlier this year, 黑料传送门 launched a unique venture focused on investing in healthcare-related products and services focused on primary care鈥攖he 黑料传送门 Primary Care Innovation Fund.
Dean Miller, managing director of the fund, discussed the ways 黑料传送门 is pioneering entrepreneurship in the recently released 2016 President鈥檚 Report.
鈥淭he 黑料传送门 Primary Care Innovation Fund is a big deal,鈥� Miller said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a big foray into the world of innovation.鈥�
Structured as a traditional venture capital fund, the $5M 黑料传送门 Primary Care Innovation Fund is focused on making investments in the range of $250,000 to $500,000.
鈥淭hat鈥檚 the initial value of the investment,鈥� Miller said. 鈥淥ver time, we expect to have anywhere from 10 to 12 investments in this first fund.鈥�
The focus, he added, is鈥攆irst and foremost鈥攖o help grow the endowment of 黑料传送门.
